I. Workshops

  1. The duration of basic workshops is 1.5 hours.

  2. The duration of thematic workshops depends on the complexity of the work. “Vase” and “Mug” workshops last 2 hours.

  3. The workshop price includes glazing your work with transparent glaze.

  4. If you would like to glaze your piece yourself, you must sign up for the “Ceramic Decorating” workshop, which costs 100 PLN per hour of work. The duration may vary depending on the size of the piece and the glazing project. An additional 50 PLN is charged for every started 30 minutes.

  5. The studio is not responsible for any damage to the works that occurs during the firing process.

II. Payment

  1. A 50% deposit is required to reserve a spot in the workshop.

  2. If you are unable to attend the workshop, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. In this case, your deposit will be refunded. However, if the cancellation notice is given less than 48 hours before the start of the workshop, the deposit will not be refunded. We can, however, reschedule your workshop for another date.

III. Storage of Works

  1. Completed works are stored for up to 3 months. This applies both to works after the first firing and to glazed pieces awaiting collection. If you need to extend this period, please let us know.

IV. Gift Card

  1. Gift cards can be purchased on-site at the studio or ordered by phone and received electronically via email.

  2. Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. If you are unable to use the gift card within the validity period, please contact us by phone.
